This Course focuses on discovering how our thought-based perceptions of life and reality create the burdensome experience of 'me' and 'my life' that is somehow lacking and separate from wholeness. It demonstrates how being focused in awareness with equanimity can be used as a tool to see and experience everyday life directly, in freedom, without that burden.
